Warranties
All products, including printers and duplicators, carry the manufacturer's warranty only. Due to manufacturers policies, Media Solutions Enterprises cannot accept returns of items in exchange, replacement, or credit for any reason on the following:Rimage, Primera, Microboards. Defective merchandise can be returned for repair or replacement to the manufacturer directly according to the manufacturers warranty.

  • Returns

  • All returns must have an RA number.
  • All merchandise's serial number must match the serial number on the invoice.
  • RA number is valid for 15 days only.
  • No refund for opened CD Duplicators, CD Printers and other hardware.
  • All return merchandise without the RA number clearly visible on the outside of the shipping box will be returned by us unprocessed.
  • Shipping, handling, insurance and credit card charges are not refundable.
  • All returns must be in original packaging. If orignial packaging is not available the manufacturer must be contacted to obtain orginal packaging.
  • If items are returned in anything other than the manufacturer's original packaging there will be a charge to restore packaging to original condition by the manufacturer.
  • Refused Shipments
    Refused shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refused shipments freight charges will be charged to customer both to and from the ship to location.

    Defective Products
    A return must be made 30 days from the date of purchase with an RA number clearly written on the carton's shipping label. RA number can be requested by calling 678-583-0722 or e-mail us here. Returns must be received 15 days after an RA has been issued.

    In some cases defective returns must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

    Refused shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refused shipments freight charges will have to paid by the customer to and back from ship to location.

    Products must be returned in orginal packaging and condition. Original manuals and accessories must be inluded in the return.

    DOA (Dead on Arrival) Returns must be claimed within 3 days after reciving the product. DOA is defined as a product that is not operational after opening and installing the product. Products that fail after the initial 3 day is covered by the manufacturers warranty. Customers can call 678-583-077 or e-mail us here if a product has failed within 30 days of purchase to request an RA number. Once a defective product is returned to the manufacturer a replacement is sent out. After 30 days from the date of purchase the warranty has to be handled directly by the manufacturer. However, please free to contact us so that we can help you speed up a warranty issue or resolve any problems you might be having with a product.

    Prices, product specifications and availability are subject to change without notice.

    International Orders
    All International orders must be prepaid by a wire transfer. If ordering hardware on International orders all warranty issues will have to be handled by the manufacturer which includes DOA (dead on arrival) products. The customer will be responsible for freight charges to and back from the U.S.A.. Due to our low pricing Media Solutions Ent. cannot pay for any incurred freight charges on warranty issues. Please keep in mind we will try to help and assist when possible regarding this matter.

    Duties and Taxes
    The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and charges charges by the country of destination.

    Typographical Errors:
    Media Solutions Enterprises is not responsible for any typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, photography, product description or product image. In an event of an error, we will contact you by e-mail.
